Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase from Eloise + Alice. If you’re not completely satisfied, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund.

To qualify, products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition received. We do not accept exchanges at this time.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 10 days to your original payment method.

Please note:

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

• Returns received outside the 14-day window may not be eligible for a refund.
